Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of QR Toolkit ("the app"), operated by DJUMP, MB. By using the app, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the App

QR Toolkit allows you to scan, create, and manage QR codes. You may use the app for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the app to create QR codes containing malicious, illegal, or harmful content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the app's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others

2. Accounts

You may create an account using email/password, Google, or Apple Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You can delete your account at any time through the app's Settings.

3. Free and Premium Plans

QR Toolkit offers a free tier with limited daily usage (5 scans and 5 generates per day) and a premium subscription with unlimited access and additional features.

• Premium subscriptions are billed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device's subscription settings
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective policies

4. Intellectual Property

QR Toolkit and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by DJUMP, MB. QR codes you create using the app are yours.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that scanned QR codes are safe or that generated QR codes will work with all readers. Always exercise caution when scanning unknown QR codes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DJUMP, MB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
